THANKS TO EVERYONE'S HARD WORK, THE GARDEN IS LOOKING GREAT
For the first two weeks of the summer holidays St Patrick's hosted Summer School for the new students of Endeavour High School. The young people had enthusiasm, lots of energy and showed that they all have a bright future. Below are just some of the activities they got involved in.
In July we opened our new Craft, Sewing and Art and Design Workshop room. This was formerly a storeroom filled from top to bottom with all manner of junk. This room has enabled us to offer a focused study and design area especially for art, design, textiles and crafts. We named the room the Martin Gurnell Suite after he had knocked in the final nail in on the hottest day of the year! The young people and staff have enjoyed using it and everyone agrees it has been a great addition to St Patrick's.
